"Dallas over night."

Flight was cancelled and stayed here for the night. The check in at 9:00pm the desk clerk was friendly, the room very clean and comfortable. The highlight was the early morning shuttle driver, he placed a courtesy call in the morning to make sure we were up, he was extremely courteous and very friendly and frankly was a joy to start a long day. The world needs more people like him.

"Convenient but not secure for parking"

Convenient location for an overnight stay before an early flight. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we chose it for the on-site parking. Unfortunately, the tail lights were stolen off my husband’s truck while parked under a light and near the entrance of the hotel. While parking is at your own risk, it’s worth noting this can happen. The replacement taillights are close to $5000 due to the sensors and recalibration that must be done. Using a paid, secured airport parking service might be a safer and more cost effective option.

"Cookie and Staff"

After my flight was canceled I decided to stay at this Marriott. The staff was friendly and kind and my room was very clean. But the icing on the cake was the shuttle driver named Cookie. He was thoughtful and friendly and fun at 5 AM. He was careful to load us in to the shuttle a way that would be convenient and served us when we got to the airport.
