The rront desk was very helpful in instructing us how to return our rental car and get back to the hotel.

We've stayed here a couple times and its always nice, clean and quiet.

This was my first time traveling alone and I got stuck in Dallas after missing my connecting flight. It was easy to book and the shuttle driver was amazing. Get to the hotel and all the staff was so friendly and helpful and apologetic for my travel issues that they had nothing to do with. The room was spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Flights cancelled in Dallas. We needed two rooms close to the airport. Townplace suites picked us up at the airport and brought us back the next morning. Great place with breakfast!

Comfortable, well-appointed room. And fresh.

I arrived after a long day of delayed and cancelled flights. There was no one at the desk when I got there, so I stood there for a few minutes. When no one showed up after about 10 minutes, I started calling, "Hello? Is anyone here?" thinking they might be in the back room and not aware I was there. Finally, the clerk appeared from down the hall and snapped, "Stop yelling!" I said I wasn't yelling, and I wasn't. I was calling out to try and get someone's attention. I wasn't even mad or irritated at that point. She barked at me that I was yelling, and she could hear me from down the hall. I said that was the point -- I was trying to get someone's attention. She then snapped at me that she was on her own, and it had been a long, stressful day. I said it had been a long, stressful day for me, too. At that point, she said she wasn't going to help me, and I'd have to figure out how I was going to get a room without her help. She walked away, and I sat down to try and find another hotel on my phone. She finally came back several minutes later and asked sarcastically, "Are we calm now? Are we going to cooperate now?" I said no. I no longer wanted to stay there because of her rudeness. The first polite thing she did was to cancel my reservation. I get it was a long, tough day, but that behavior was unacceptable.
