"Worst experience ever"

I requested the shuttle when I arrived the night before. In the morning they call to confirm that I’m down. I tell them I’m otw down right now and say I’m just struggling a bit with my toddler. I get downstairs at 6:01 and the driver was gone. We were the only two people he had to take to the airport and the next shuttle was in an hour. He knew I was otw down and he couldn’t wait 60 seconds. Who does that?! The front desk clerk told me he gets cursed out at least once a week because of Dalton, the shuttle driver.

"Don’t Recommend False advertising!"

False advertising as an “airport hotel & shuttle”.. no shuttle hours advertised but…Don’t stay here for late night arrivals because we called for the hotel shuttle to pick us up and was only 10 mins away from airport but it was 11:50p we were told no shuttle after midnight so Lyft cost and no room on shuttle in morning either “full” so another Lyft expense !!!! (I think the desk clerk was the shuttle driver too and was away from the phone!
