We stayed here at the suggestion of a friend. I'm so happy we did. The room was clean, staff was friendly, we were in walking distance to amazing places to eat. The view was amazing!

Shem Creek Inn provided beautiful views and lots of dining options in walking distance. While many of the restaurants had live music over the weekend, we could not hear anything in our marsh side room. Additionally there was a boardwalk with a beautiful walk over the marshes. It was close enough to Downtown Charleston, but felt like we were staying at the beach due to the wonderful beach smells!

"Love being on the Creek!"

My husband and I have stayed here several times and have always loved it It’s a very casual, beachy vibe with all the amenities you need. The pool is great, and all the bars and restaurants around it are fun and convenient! You can watch the shrimp boats come in and out and even see dolphins! We will definitely be back! The staff is great and very accommodating!

I love the location, pool, decks and all of the people that work at Shem Creek Inn are very nice and helpful. I suggest adding some splits of Prosecco to the drink cooler.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here this weekend. Great location, near food, shopping and close enough to visit the beach when not sitting at pool overlooking shem creek. Had a creekside room... Comfy beds are a bonus!
