"Not happy with the stay."

There wasn’t a breakfast provided. You had to pay for it.

The light block out curtain on the big window next to the bed wasn’t working. So we had the night lights of the parking lot and the morning light in our faces. So made it hard to sleep.

Breakfast had very few options, our bathroom had not been cleaned and our second room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check in and I was basically told to deal with it. There was no rush to get the room ready.
