"The workers were fantastic throughout the whole building. They made my birthday special yesterday."

It was a nice hotel but we were out of electric and they didn't tell us until we were check and moved in they didn't either so they're restaurant was closed. We needed a hotel with restaurant. Breakfast was fruit, bread and cereal

"I will not go back to a holiday inn"

Nothing.

We arrived about 3:30 PM. We were told that they were short staffed and there were no sheets for the beds. So our room will not be ready till at least six. We had been on a golf course with 100° temperatures and just wanted to relax, but we couldn’t. Then the toilet didn’t work, the shower was full of mold
