Stayed after a wedding, overall nice place the bathroom needed some cleaning and was a bit slippery

Easy to find. Good breakfast. Kind staff.

The hotel was nice and easy to get to for our weekend trip. The only downfall was we got there at 2am and the concierge was no where to be seen, we were there for 15 minutes knocking on the door and hitting the ring button, no one answered so I went across the street to another IHG and he tried to help, then the concierge at our hotel walked out to smoke then said “yeah check-in, come on in” then was complaining that we didn’t get there sooner. Sorry sir we have a baby and had to make multiple stops on our way here… also he had thrown about 29 cigarettes in the trash by the elevator, so it smelled like cigarettes and I know they were his because they still smelled fresh… Go smoke out back in the smoking patio not our front and don’t throw your cigarettes in the trash by the elevator. Otherwise the hotel was 10/10 he just needs fired lol

The room was dirty and in very bad condition. The pool was closed and the staff didn't provide any info if not asked.

I was in town for a Todd Rundgren concert at Bell's outdoor concert venue. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable enough, but I rate this hotel only two stars for several reasons... 1. The pool was closed "for maintenance," something I was not informed of when I made the reservation. 2. There were bags of garbage and wastebaskets full of garbage in the second floor hallway for the entire duration of my stay. 3. The room had NO TOILET PAPER. Like two sheets left on the spindle and no extra roll. I had to go down to the front desk to get some. 4. The only coffees left in the room were decaf. COME ON. All this and no free breakfast gets you two stars. Next time, as an IHG member, I'll book the much more highly rated Holiday Inn Express just across the parking lot.

Ice machine was broken

I got to my room and immediately needed to shower, during my shower it started raining. After I stepped out of the shower I see that the rain started leaking inside from the window. I notified the staff and they were more than accommodating and helpful. Thank you, I was in town for a funeral and the smiles and small talk from all
