The pools were not open after I had asked when making the reservation Alternatives elsewhere were offered but not what I had expected.

Location

The room and bed itself were nice and comfy. Love the mini fridge and microwave in the room. However, bathroom needs a makeover for sure though, too outdated. The body wash and hand wash dispensers was either running out of soap or stuck and we had to keep pumping out shampoo to wash our hands or clean our entire bodies with :(

Waited for rooms to get cleaned an hour after check in time only to find that the room we selected wasnt available. Manager was rude and unprofessional. She has no customer service skills.

Seth was fabulous check in. Check out directed me to self service when I wanted to sign up for points. Im not a self service person so help would help would have been appreciated. Overall, nice stay.

We enjoyed everything about the property. The staff were friendly. The property was clean. It had plenty of room for trailer, truck, and motorcycle parking. The parking lot was well-lit. The only issue that we had was the AC was not working very well and the rooms were hot. The breakfast and the dinner were a little expensive. But overall we enjoyed our stay and we will stay there again.

I was charged twice for my room. When I checked in, the agent went and got somebody from housekeeping to help her. Now, I am going through many phone calls to get this solved. I called the hotel and they did not seen to care.
