"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff"

Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood location. Outside of the busy tourist areas but still very convenient and walkable to everything. Staff was amazing - especially the restaurant. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

"Excellent location and service"

The location is central and easily accessible by metro, bus and walk to major attractions. The rooms are very clean and maintained well. The staff is very courteous and prompt. We were taking this trip to celebrate a family milestone and the hotel pleasantly surprised us with cake and handwritten notes upon arrival to kick off our celebration. The lounge staff especially Deyanira Rojas was very attentive, cheerful and went out of her way to ensure we are served excellent food based on our unique dietary preferences. Overall a memorable experience and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Madrid.

"Wonderful hotel. Stay here!"

Absolutely beautiful hotel, beautifully clean and with wonderful service. Large, spacious dining area and a comfortable and well stocked bar.Breakfast was superb (compliments to the chef on the scrambled eggs). Just a short walk to the Metro and 10-15 minutes into town. Star of the show though was Immaculata who works on reception. Knowledgeable, welcoming, nothing too much trouble and an absolute delight! IHG if you read this, give her a pay rise or promotion!!!

"Madrid weekend break"

Lovely hotel. A little dated but amazing staff and really comfortable room. We had use of the club lounge… definitely worth the extra. Great space to relax and enjoy a G&T.

"A little older but still clean"

The hotel was nice but it was definitely not a good value. It was a little dated and the location was not near most of the tourist areas or anything else I’d want near a hotel. It was clean but definitely on the older side.

"Perfect 5 days in Madrid"

Perfect 5days for the first time in Madrid. Hotel is well located to major city attractions and shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness and quality are very important and well maintained in the hotel. Special thanks to Deyanira Rojas for the perfect breakfast every morning, was great to start a day with a smile and friendly service. We will be back!
