"Lovely club lounge"

We spent four nights in Intercontinental Madrid for Easter holiday. The location was great, less than 10 mins walk to Serrano for designer brands, and with many nice restaurants nearby. One day took a walk back from Plaza de Espana after dinner, it was relaxed and easy. We loved the Club Lounge, which served breakfast, tea, and happy hours. Special shout out to Deyanira Rojas, a lovely Peruvian, she was super welcoming and attentive to details. We will come back next time.

L'esmorzar molt complert i amb molta varietat, per a tots els paladars. El personal molt molt amable i molt professionat. La ubicació molt bona ubicació, i l'ambient molt tranquil. El balconet a l'habitació s'agraeix molt.

El tamany de l'habitació es just. El bany és antic i amb només banyera. l'hotel necessitaria una reforma.

"Great stay and staff"

This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff. The doormen, front desk and restaurant, and bar employees are so welcoming and attentive. The general manager should be very proud of this staff. Andre, who seats guests for breakfast, has a wonderful smile and just a genuine heart. Thank you to the housekeeping staff for keeping these rooms so clean and inviting. The air conditioning in the rooms works really well. The beds are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very walkable to many sites. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

"Awesome all around"

Amazing place. Staff is some of the best and I’ve travelled around the world. Lounge in particular is great. Concierge desk is incredibly helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Awesome relaxing place. Feel fine paying the price I paid. Lots of great food in the area, talk to the concierge.

The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is amazing. The service is incredible. They are there for you as often as you need. Jose Luis Villa has been excellent providing super service a real pleasure. We’re certainly coming back to this hotel and we will not skip breakfast. It was really really good.
