"Excellent location and service"

The service in the club lounge was exceptional especially by Deyanira. The staff were really nice and courteous. The food could’ve been different each day. It was the perfect location for the start of the Madrid race.

"Excellent service and breakfast"

Our tour group came here for three nights - quite a nice hotel with excellent service. We slept very well, but our room, number 211, turned out to be immediately next to one of the lift shafts … complete with clunking cables as the lift goes up and down. Overall, the clunking was an amusement rather than a disturbance. Very good breakfast.

Las recepcionistas y el personal de cafetería y desayuno fueron absolutamente encantadores. El desayuno también merece mención, uno de los mejores que he visto.

No pudieron darnos habitaciones contiguas a mis hijos y a nosotros.
