"Good location, poor front desk operations. They need more training."

Clean, indoor pool, the restaurant, breakfast and evening reception.

Front desk lady. Check-in took too long (it took them until 6:30pm to check us in). Never received a call from them stating our room was ready. Overcharged us on parking by double. Called and they are issuing a credit back in 2-3 days.

The facility and employees were very nice. Employees were very welcoming, polite, and helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Views from our room were amazing. If we come back to San Diego we will stay here again.
