"Exceptional"

It was a good location only a block to catch the trolley to get to Gas Lamp and great restaurants just across the street from Hotel.

The only thing I can say the I didn’t like, was having to pay for parking when staying in hotel. I have no problem paying for valet, but the daily parking rate was a bit much.

The sofa bed was not comfortable and load and creaky. Comforters could have been warmer.

"Lady named Ida in the food court"

Took a staycation here before having my baby and I was very impressed with how easy and relaxing my stay was . Staff was super friendly and helpful. Jesus was a favorite he was super helpful around the hotel definitely made us feel welcomed.

"Great stay & excellent service from Jesus"

I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown. The location is perfect—close to the waterfront and easy to walk to nearby attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and I especially want to thank Jesus, who did an amazing job helping me out during my stay. I’d definitely stay here again.
