InterContinental New Orleans by IHG

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and honestly could not fault it. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, with fresh towels and our room cleaned daily to a very high standard. The lobby was lovely and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, with a fantastic selection of food available. Breakfast was amazing, offering a beautiful array of fresh fruit, pastries, omelettes, pancakes, yoghurt and, of course, all the traditional favourites such as sausage and bacon. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around very easy and convenient. A lovely added touch was the on-site shop with a good selection of snacks and a self-service till, along with fruit-infused water available for guests. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others

Overall the experience was ok. I was slightly disappointed that I didn’t experience the pool as the weather wasn’t in my favor. Additionally, I purchased an item while visiting and I used it once and when I went to use it again it was gone( note I didn’t have a roommate and the only person in my room was housekeeping. To the that end I discovered an old large bandage, tissue and plastic under the bed ( I didn’t use) the T. Wasn’t always working properly and I am still waiting for my fridge. 🤦🏾‍♀️ the staff was accommodating as a whole however the fact that an item was missing from my room and the room wasnt thoroughly cleaned makes me wonder if I should ever return.

Great stay and lovely hotel centrally located. Staff at every level was excellent! Will definitely stay here again.

Close to attractions

What a lovely hotel. Located just off the trolley line which will take you to the French quarter and the garden area. Several restaurants around in the area and the hotel bar has great staff working for them Personally as a woman o do t like the rain shower. But that is the only bad thing I have to say about the hotel

The intercontinental NOLA was a great hotel. Clean, convenient location. Very helpful staff. I would highly recommend staying there. They would likely be my choice again if I was in New Orleans.
