The hotel was walking distance from the French Quarter and also close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were a bit dark and maybe could use a refresh in terms of styling, but overall, we were happy with the hotel.

"New Orleans Classic"

Older hotel but well maintained. I used to stay at this hotel for Mardi Gras as a kid. Great location. Spacious, clean room with comfy yet firm beds and a walk in shower. The snacks and bevs in the room aren’t cheap but the group room rate was great.

Food and drinks were great. Elevators were quick despite the crowd. Hotel was in a good location. Bed was comfortable

Room was a little dated and needed fixing up for the upscale pricing. Shower knob fell off while turning it on Shower ceiling had visible cut out repair showing. Sink water was extremely hot and could not get it regulated to a warm temperature. TV remote on/off button didn't work, had to physically turn on/off TV. Picture hung crooked on wall which seriously disturbed my OCD. (King suite)

"Great place to stay"

This is a great hotel in the French Quarter within easy walking distance to both Canal and Bourbon Streets.. The price was very reasonable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Dontae at the front desk. He not only checked me in but took our luggage to our room and provided lots of useful information about the area.
