"Unprofessional and Unhelpful Front Desk Experience"

Vanessa was the most unprofessional front desk clerk I’ve ever encountered. I attempted to print two legal documents totaling 70 pages (worth less than $1 in paper). The printer ran out of paper, and when I asked Vanessa, she gave me only 5 sheets. When I needed 5 more, she refused, telling me to “go to FedEx.” Vanessa did not understand what PII meant, even after I explained my documents contained sensitive legal information now stuck in the print queue. Vanessa refused to provide more paper, cancel the job, or promptly contact a supervisor—repeatedly saying “you are not my boss” and even suggesting I “wave at the camera.” This immature behavior was shocking for a Hilton employee. As a frequent international Hilton guest, I’ve never experienced such poor service. I strongly suggest staff training on (1) handling PII, (2) basic customer service, and (3) problem-solving. If paper misuse is an issue, secure the business center for adult guests rather than denying reasonable requests.

My fiance, and I stayed over night. We really loved the hotel. Our room was nice, and clean. The manager David greeted us at check in. David was very nice, professional, and very informative about the hotel, and what all they offer. The breakfast was really good, and dining area was nice as well. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would stay again if passing through. The only real problem was with our GPS getting us routed around to the hotel, certainly not the hotels fault, but David apologized to me anyways.

Very friendly front desk guy, fast check in, nice lobby area with free fruit, water, coffee, and he gave us a local restaurant list that we ordered delivery from and it was delicious! Glass Nickel Pizza is A+! Room was nice and updated, clean and comfortable. Bed was firm and showers were hot. Lots more tv channels available than most comparable hotels. Great stay!
