Freeway is close to the Hotel

Our room had a shower head covered in black mold. I reported it to the font desk with a picture of it. She said it looked gross and apologized but offered no solution. I finally asked for something to clean it, and she gave me commercial grade disinfectant, gloves and a towel. I had to repeatedly scrub the shower head (mold would flick off onto the sides of the shower and also required cleaning). When I finally got done, I went to the desk with the supplies and now blackened towel. She told me where to put it, and returned to the guests checking in. I’m not sure about liability with just handing me chemicals, but if nothing else, was horrible service and experience. Breakfast was barely edible- the omelets were soggy and the potatoes cold. I sent a complaint to the Hilton website, and a week later, no one has gotten back to me. This is the 2nd bad Hampton Inn I have been to I. My travels this year. Something has changed, and not for the better.

Been here many times room the best weve had

Hotel staff was so friendly. Room was very clean. Lots of parking. Decent breakfast spread, coffee provided 24hrs in lobby. We had a dog with us and the hotel is very accommodating. Even provided some milkbones at check in for our pup!

It met our needs for a place to sleep and nothing much left in town. Our room smells like stinky feet, was very dark and the shower head needs a major bath in white vinegar! Garbage bin at fro t door was overflowing amd garbage all over.
