The people

We booked purely on the name we’ve stayed in intercontinental many times, but this one was really tired. Very very tired.

Location is great , but the staff were great too , I was faced with a problem where I had to go back home after I have checked in , the staff managed to cancel my booking immediately and refund all the money although I used the room for an hour . They were so helpful . Thank you everyone

It is a very fancy hotel, everything is perfect.

The parking around the hotel is complicated, I got a parking ticket although it’s free. And it is very very expensive.

I was here for work. It's a really excellent hotel if you need to be in the Nations area of the city . It's good as a business Hotel and has good facilities for that, excellent breakfast. Good room service great bar, great Concierge housekeeping. They all know your name and it's just very professional. The standard room I had is a little tired but the service and everything else makes up for it. I had a terrific stay.
