The only good thing about this place is, bus station is so close and you can walk from the train station but that’s all!

The sheets, the room, the bathroom and the toilets it wasn’t clean at all , staff wasn’t even there during the check out times and I just didn’t feel safe staying there!

Toilets and bathrooms were not clean

It was relatively clean and quiet, though it was possible to hear activity in the house, TV, stairs. It was value for money for a quick stopover. They were open to making arrangements outside of the normal.

I only saw staff at check in and did not know how to contact them, ask questions or for advice.

Although not central, easily reached by buses from the centre of town and located right by the bus stops in both directions. Very comfortable bed with shiny clean linen. USB contacts for charging phone. Breakfast cutlery and crockery, makings for coffee, microwave oven, kettle, I think a safe under the table but not sure because didn't investigate. Television was simple to operate.

Met at the door by young man who said I was lucky he was there because he wasn't normally - and showed me the key safe, which hadn't been mentioned at all in email correspondence. I had noticed a PIN number on a mail from booking.com, but no indication of what it was for. As PIN stands for 'personal identification number', it certainly didn't occur to me that it was a code for the key safe! I was sent upstairs to a corridor with two unnumbered rooms and it was not clear which was mine but apparently I guessed right. No information provided about how to get into town, wifi password etc. The bathroom generally, the toilet, and in particular the bath, were not very clean, although I didn't appear to be sharing the bathroom with anybody on this particular night. There was almost no toilet paper and I didn't find any reserves stuck away anywhere. There was as described a well-equipped table with breakfast items in my room - but no chair, except for a big heavy one stuck in a corner of the room where it served no purpose. The room was sizeable and could easily have held a cupboard, but rather bleak, and there were traces of what looked like recent refurbishing activity. I got the impression of a work in progress.

Dirty smekky socks left in draw didnt sleep could here others talking all night and Tv's from other rooms on loud till 7am didnt get even a minuite sleep. Awful place room was freezing
