"DON’t PARK HERE"

I paid for parking in a fenced and gated lot at the hotel, parking about 20’ from the back entrance. When I returned from my trip, I discovered my car had been vandalized and stripped for parts. The whole front end was missing- hood, grill, light assembly, broken window. The front desk told me the manager would meet me the next morning to discuss it but he never showed up. The police were astonished that we weren’t contacted when it happened but we were told by the hotel that “they didn’t know how to reach me.” My husband has been a diamond member for over 30 years - Overall this was a horrible experience and we won’t be staying at Hilton hotels again.

I don't have to walk too far from the car I'm disabled I like how the hotel treat me customer service never have a problem always comfortable and they always give me a room next to the elevator.

I can't say I did not like anything.

"Moderately priced older hotel in good location"

The location is very convenient

The common areas - lobby, hallways are very tired and worn. The hotel needs a renovation- carpet and definitely furniture in the lobby
