We stayed at this Double Tree only because it was required by the volleyball tournament that brought us to Pennsylvania. I have stayed in hostels and hotels in 3rd world countries nicer than this. It is appalling that they would rent the rooms in the condition they are in. I did hear they remodeled the rooms upstairs, so lucky for those people staying up there. I asked for another room, one was not available. I asked for a cookie on the second day, the front desk person said, ‘no.’ Not like, ‘I’m sorry, you only get one at check-in’ or ‘unfortunately, we’re out currently’…she just said no. Went to the restaurant downstairs, they had two people working the entire restaurant on the evening that at least 3 volleyball teams came in…which was prob not their fault…but with no other options, it took forever and some just gave up. The smell of the hotel room is indescribable, even the pillows smelled so badly, it woke me up in the middle of the night. Sweat, food, funk smushed into old stained carpet that needed to be replaced eons ago. By the third night, I was soo tired, I could sleep through the smell but then I was awakened by someone close outside of our room, smoking pot that permeated our room. Stains every place imaginable, a bug in the towels, and again the smell, so bad. I am shocked that Double Tree would put its name on this hotel. I was on floor 4. If you have no choice but to stay here, ask ahead of time for one of the higher floors. If you just need to be close to the airport stay elsewhere until every floor of remodeled.

This hotel was booked as part of a group for a club volleyball tournament. The staff we interacted with at the front desk were very nice. Gave great tips on what to do around the convention center where we would be going. If you’re staying here on a trip it is right near the airport, has up-to-the-minute airport flight information monitors right in the lobby and a shuttle to take you there. But that was where the positives ended. The room was dated. No USB ports of any kind. It smelled musty like a basement. Black mold all around the window. Food (what I hope was just food) was splattered on the wall behind the desk and on the ceiling. I wore white socks around the room during the evening and they were brown with filth. The comforter on the bed under the protective sheet was disgustingly brown and stained. Cars were broken into and/or stolen during the evening. Two other rooms where fellow teammates were in had mice and had to be moved. $25 a day to park - in a self parking lot (not even a garage). I would never go again!

The worst hotel I’ve seen in a very long time. The rooms smelled, the smoke alarms are covered with bags, the rug is stained, the shower curtain looks like it’s never been replaced, the night staff is rude, the gate never opened, so I couldn’t get my car out. How in the world Hilton puts their name on this is beyond me. They should be ashamed.

Absolute worst hotel. Flight was delayed and came in late. Hotel shuttle never showed up. Finally got to the the hotel and could not check me in for over 45 minutes. Front desk representative was unbelievably rude and did absolutely zero to assist. Would not stay here again if they paid me.
