"It’s complicated, but I slept well!"

If you value service, this place is 5 stars. Everyone in staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. But if you value amenities and atmosphere, this is not the place. They say they are renovating. All i know is that they NEED renovating. Everything is worn. CLEAN, but tired. The heater was noisy. Room got cold as soon as it shut off. Elevators were very cold. No fridge or microwave. Aside from water and a small coffee station, there was nothing All that said, i slept well and was treated very well, indeed. That is what i value most.

First off the hotel is outdated and not well managed. 1 of the 3 elevators were functional. Rooms were nasty and shower looked to have been built in 80’s. The beds were comfortable. Staff was rude. Not a friendly place and the amenities are lacking. Several plugs in the rooms did not work and staff did not seem to care.
