very limited options for breakfast - dinner was ok. Your hotel was chosen for us by American Cruise line - the location in relation to Charleston means that it is a $35.00 Uber each way - the hotel location is of course not your fault, but American should have used an hotel much closer in town. The room was pleasant and clean.

The waiting staff were not very attentive to the fact that there were 4 of us waiting to order - drinks took a long time to arrive and then so did the food to follow. Waiting staff need to have ' revolving heads ' to spot a customer trying to catch their eye when they walk about in the restaurant, and should never walk around with empty hands when there are tables to clear

You charged me $20 a night for parking which I did not utilize a parking lot in any way, nor was it part of my original quote for the room. It was a bad surprise and I’ve asked for a refund multiple times.

Les équipements: flexible de douche qui fuyait et perte de pression, TV qui ne fonctionnait pas, appli room service hors service, aucune information sur les horaires et équipements accessibles depuis la chambre. On m'a fait payer pour le parking alors que j'ai spécifié que je n'avais pas de voiture (corrigé ensuite à ma demande).

It was very clean and spacious. The hotel was very nice and it has a lot of amenities.

I was charged three times for my hotel stay and when I brought it to their attention they seemingly fixed it but days later I was charged again. I literally had to jump through hoops to get my money back without a swift response. So my funds were returned. Then I was charged again and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks to get my money back after I filed a complaint with my bank. The situation has been resolved but it left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole process.
