Although the lobby was clean, the rooms are not. Our first room had no AC and an ant infestation. They were on the beds and floors. After several attempts we were finally moved. There were still ants in the other room but just a few here and there. The rude person at the front desk said they had 15-16 other rooms with AC issues. The water stations in the building were not working. In addition there was no ice in the building and then they said even the ice machine in the restaurant was down. Being a Titanium Member, I knew this wasn’t normal service but I would highly recommend any of the other properties in the area. This is not a good location. Pool is also very small with significant sand and debris in it. Limited to a few chairs.
