The area was nice. The hotel was big. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms were small. There was nowhere to put your things. There was no microwave. The breakfast was expensive. Parking was not free. The pool was small.

I appreciate the design moves, but many things were executed poorly. For example, the bath door came completely of the track. Otherwise this would have been a decent stay. Staff were friendly. It's close tot he airport. Watch the parking fee. THe pool was closed

The room I had booked was stated to be a corner room. The desk told me they don’t have corner rooms. The room amenities listed robes. They do not have robes.
They did have a room ready earlier which I was grateful for but there was a very strong cleaning product/air freshener odor. I had booked a non smoking room but there was a large cigarette burn on a side table.

Well maintained modern hotel with an excellent staff. One of the best airport properties I have stayed out. Restaurant has a nice menu with a pleasant, efficient staff. Food is well priced . Check in and check out were very easy with the property well explained. Shuttle goes to the airport as well as the nearby Tanger Outlets. Short ride to Charleston proper.

North Charleston Marriott delivers above and beyond our expectations. The hotel is close to the airport and the train station. It was renovated a few years ago, but it looks like it was only a few months ago. It has extremely comfortable, tasteful interiors and exteriors, with beautiful architecture. The management is to be congratulated on the maintenance and cleanliness of this property. Complimentary shuttle service is provided to and from the airport and nearby locations.
The room is spacious and comfortable, bright, with good decoration and very well maintained and clean, the bed is excellent, cable TV and fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom is bright and clean, illuminated mirror, good shower with good amenities.
The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool, with tasteful outdoor gardens, a well-equipped fitness center, restaurant, bar and the M club lounge.
Breakfast is very well served in the main restaurant and in the M Club lounge, both with quality and good options.
The team is extremely helpful, with emphasis on the Front Office Manager Mr. Daniel Montolio, he went above and beyond in the service and in trying to make me feel special in this wonderful hotel. I recommend it. Very good cost x benefit.

Very clean and classy in lobby.
Had to pay for parking!!?? Huge parking lot and not full. Never experienced that at a hotel before. Bathroom sink would drain very slowly and there was no dresser to put small articles of clothes into.
