The property was amazing despite some unfriendly customers. The rooms where nice and spacious with alot of food and shopping options. The hotel provided transportation to and from the place where our event was held. It was all around amazing time at North Charleston Marriott.

Firstly, the front desk wouldn't honor the on-line price, so we had to go back on-line and book the room. Second, the dinner service was so bad and took so long that we canceled half of the 4 meals we ordered. Third, there internet service was out all evening and night, and when I called down to complain I was told five people had already called and they should probably look into it. Very bad experience and, therefore, I would not recommend this Marriott.

Booking.com ruined our weekend with how they handled my reservation. Marriott was good, Booking.com was no help at all. I lost $ and Booking.com did nothing to help the situation. I will NEVER use Booking.com again!
