If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would. From the moment we walked in, the entire place smelled like rotten eggs. The elevators were painfully slow, and the AC unit in our room was so loud it made it difficult to sleep. The bathroom looked old and poorly maintained, and even the lobby had no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to sit or wait. The restaurant experience was just as frustrating. They had only one menu available and were already out of turkey. To make matters worse, our napkins still had someone else’s lipstick on them—completely unacceptable. At the bar, they didn’t have change for a $100 bill, and when I mentioned the poor service to the front desk, the response I got was simply, “Noted for next time.” Overall, this stay was disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is perfect

The air conditioner wasn't working in my room, and the vent isn't functioning either.

I've stayed here many times before. Good location, nice hotel, safe.

La Limpieza es Impecable y la Asistencia en la Habitación es realmente buena, ademas de la Ubicación nos fue Excelente

No tienen personal capacitado para varios lenguajes, solo hablan Ingles y uno como Huesped se ve algo solo en ese aspecto o como un Huesped Olvidado, nadie hablaba español y cualquier cosa que pediamos ayuda se nos negaba la misma, esto inlcuso solicite una noche Extra y el personal de Recepción me lo negaba por que lo habia hecho por Booking y otra fue por no hablar bien el Ingles, por eso se me negaba, esto hasta que llego el Gerente el Sabado por mañana y fue El el que pudo apoyarme.. en caso contrario me hubieran sacado del Hotel. Otro punto fue en la Cocina, las Meseras no hablan Español y no pudimos desayunar en el Hotel solo por que no pudieron entenderme.
