"Volveré sin duda a hospedarme aquí"

Lo que más me gustó fue lo amable y atento que fue el personal. Está cerca del aeropuerto, realmente los lugares que como turista uno quiere visitar están cómodos para llegar, y un detalle que llamó mucho mi atención es el hecho de que tenía muchísima higiene el hotel, todo estaba muy cómodo y en excelentes condiciones

"Cargo por servicio no recibido."

Me hicieron el cargo en la tarjeta de credito aunque no usamos la habitacion. Al llegar la recepcionista nos dijo que no tenia reservacion a mi nombre, que porque ya estaban llenos.

La recepcionista dijo que por haber reservado el mismo dia no apareciamos en su lista de reservaciones, por lo que tuvimos que dejar el hotel, pero como quiera hicieron el cargo a mi tarjeta.

clean and convenient location, very near to the airport

the elevator broke down and the staff cannot repair it in a quick manner. need to take the stairs (even though lived at a high floor)

"Save your money & go somewhere else!"

The girl checking us in was great! However the manager or boss was very ugly. And made rude loud comments being we could hear him. The water doesn’t get hot. It’s hot in the building and has a smell. They charge your card twice and it’s been a week. I still haven’t received my other refund back. The owner or manager was very rude when I called about it.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
