Quality Inn Old Saybrook - Westbrook

All good

This is the one area in our entire experience that could use improvement. Everything else with out stay was fine.

Standard hotel. We enjoyed the in hotel bar. The pool looked good but we did not get the chance to use.

Room sink drained slowly. Shower/tub drain drained very slowly.

This hotel is very clean and the staff are amazing. They go beyond to assist with anything. This is my second stay here and one of the biggest reasons I chose to return is the reliable cleanliness and the great price.

The hotel facilities are very dated, especially the common areas eg carpeting, walls, etc. The rooms also need a refresh but I believe they may have been updated more recently. Honestly, the staff do an incredible job considering the base they work with.

Breakfast had good choices but should have offered regular WATER. Pool patio was nice, we had dinner one night, a little noisy because it's right next to the highway. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Pool was very smelly and had a scum on the top, all of my kids, 22, 17, 13, 11, and 9 got in and out in one minute. I had 2 rooms, one fridge very small but had freezer, other room no freezer. Ice maker broken on 3rd floor. Bathrooms not cleaned well at all.

Breakfast was OK--a little crowded with Little Leaguers.
