African Princess Beach Hotel

I had a great stay and I had a wonderful review too write … however this changed upon my check out. I was told my room had a charge on it and that I owed money for drinks that I had payed cash for the previous day. Being made too feel like I was suspected of not paying a bill that I even left a tip with. Lack of communication or theft from staff has caused this and unfortunately turned what was an amazing hotel experience into me feeling like I was being accused.

As always a great experience staying at the African Princess. The staff, the food and the accommodation is always a great standard. We enjoy our breakfast each morning and the selection has been much improved since my first stay in 2023. The level of ordering and delivery of food has also improved which meant he staff training his been improved.

We had a wonderful stay at African Princess hotel. The staff were always welcoming and the hotel was clean and aesthetically appealing. We had the swim up pool room an it was lush. The pool was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was great and flavoursome. Lots of choice and variety.

Excellent time had. 5 star service. Large clean rooms with lush furnishings. Love dis place. Reception staff. Edward especially helpful. Will be back. Thank you all !!!!!

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The staff and their customer service was so good, especially in the restaurant. & the food was amazing. I only stayed 2 nights but I absolutely wish I could have stayed longer.
