Kathy provided excellent service on the hotel shuttle. She quickly loaded our 6 bags before I could even help. And she was especially patient and caring for my wife who is handicapped to climb the stairs on the bus. Then when we arrived she dashed into the hotel to get us a luggage cart and all with a pleasant smile and can do attitude. I have over 3 million airlines and never have had a better experience. I would give her 10 stars if possible.

From start to finish, the Hilton at the Kansas City airport provided stellar customer service. Kathy, the airport shuttle driver welcomed me and provided all the information I needed to have an amazing stay! Mary Sue at the hotel bar/restaurant was very attentive and also provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend the Hilton at MCI!

I accidentally got on the wrong shuttle to my hotel. I’m staying at the 4 points. The staff at your hotel were so very sweet and contacted Kathy to see if she could take me to the right hotel. She did just that and with an awesome attitude. Next time I’m staying with you guys!!

My wife and I got stuck during the snow storm late January. Our driver Kathy took us from the airport and did everything to help us along the way. Fantastic team!

We used their park and ride service from the hotel to the airport. Kathy was our driver and went above and beyond. my wife uses a mobility scooter and I accidentally left a part for the scooter in my car and realized it as we were getting on the highway. Kathy backtracked to the hotel for us to get the missing part. i so much appreciated her kindness and courtesy. she also dropped us off closer to the door for my wife's comfort. I'd give her 6 stars on this if I could.

Shuttle pick up service by Kathy was honestly one of the best I have ever had…. Bubbly personality n just full of information n helpfulness …. I travel quite a bit for my job so this comment should be treated as that… great service.
