"Gorgeous surroundings and service"

Not only is this a beautiful place is surrounded by beautiful flowers and cacti, etc. etc. but the service is exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was very kind and went above and beyond. I especially appreciated the “at your service” people that answered your phone from the room. They were able to answer any questions deal with any request, pleasantly an accurately. Loved dinner at Lincoln‘s, many more things than just steaks on the menu. Both the hostess and server gave me great ideas on what to order. The gentlemen with the golf carts that will take you everywhere were all amazing.. Room service was timely. My only small disappointment was the Sunday brunch. It was very nice, but I don’t think it was worth $100 a plate. Enjoy!

I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, offering both comfort and style, and the scenic view was breathtaking. The pool was a real highlight—gorgeous and incredibly relaxing. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and the perfect start to my day. Highly recommend!

"Not a JW experience compared to others"

Location is great. Property is maintained excellent. Staff is JW quality. Breakfast brunch is fantastic and offers everything. Pool was clean and prompt service. Our room dated, carpets very dirty, microwave very old, room pretty beat up for 1000 a night price. TV are old and need to be replaced. Room 524. I wouldn’t go back to this JW. I’ve been a 25 plus year member. Recommend you take hard look at detail in rooms.

Enjoyed several days at this wonderful facility. The property is well maintained and appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is so well presented and the staff is awesome. I have only compliments for all the staff. Marlene was especially kind and attentive to the guests. Pool area is beyond what you would expect at a typical residence inn. It feels more like a resort like pool area. Daily room service, fresh towels and touch up. The hotel is located in an office type complex which makes for good areas to walk. I like the facility. Will stay again.

All the staff was very kind and helpful. The resort was quiet and easy to get around. The spa was under renovations so a little different than expected but the treatments were still very good.

"Do not recommend"

I do not recommend this hotel. This is an overpriced hotel that is older and not super clean. Everyone seems super friendly until something does not go right. They are not very accommodating.
