"This is not Marriott Hotel it is a day light rubbery !"

This place charges 5-star prices for what is essentially a poorly renovated 4-star hotel—with the attitude of a cheap motel. The room was not quiet at all , with awful view which they charge 50$ resort fee ( nothing like a resort ) Nothing about it felt luxurious. Upon arrival, I was offered an all-inclusive rate , but at checkout, they hit me with nearly 30% in taxes—charges that were never disclosed up front. Completely dishonest and unprofessional. The valet service was absurdly overpriced, and overall, the staff were not only unhelpful but also lacked accountability. Be warned: do not just walk in expecting proper service or transparency. They call themselves Marriott Bonvoy, but this property does not live up to the Marriott brand in service, standards, or integrity. If you must stay here, book through a third-party site to avoid surprise charges—but honestly, I recommend staying elsewhere.

Overall experience was ok. We stayed on the convention center side which was a bit of a walk to the restaurant and facilities. In addition, pool was reserved for a private party so it was unavailable for use.

"Romantic getaway"

There were several conferences and the PGA Hoag event going on it was so busy. Wasn’t able to relax by the pool, people everywhere.

"Bliss Vea Spa Day!"

Vea Spa is such a beautiful experience! The staff are welcoming and friendly. My massage with Masami was so special and healing. The spa treatment rooms are very clean and have the best cuddle blankets to put on top of you. Be sure to pre-order your lunch and have it delivered to you outside at the poolside. If time permits awards get a relaxation facial by Megan. It’s a magical experience and the Spa Director has the best teamwork!
