Fantastic location , lovely staff the property was well equipped.

It’s. not clear in the description that the only bathroom / toilet is accessed through a bedroom. THEREFORE NOT REALLY SUITABLE FOR COUPLES EVEN THOUGH IT IS 2 BEDROOMED. it is noisy which wasn’t a problem for us, the whole of the centre of Valencia is noisy !

Late check in

The apartment was located close to restaurants and the central market. The wifi worked well and there was a washing machine. The apartment was reasonably quiet, despite there being a bar at the end of the street.

The hosts - despite being seated in an office immediately below the apartment - were not very helpful either at check in or when we required assistance. There was no dishwasher or plug to wash the dishes (and my husband was laughed at when he requested one from reception). The property was difficult to access via car with luggage. The ensuite fan was very loud making it difficult to access the bathroom - which was accessed through a bedroom - without impacting on other guests.

Unfortunately, this situation ruined my appreciation

The apartment owner decided to keep our 200€ deposit for the reason of complaints for noice. This because my son spent some time with his friends on the terasse in the evening. Without any warning they decided to keep the deposit as they referred to the small letters in the contract. As a guest, i feel to be stolen from and nothing i can do about it! Be warned please not to sign such a contract! I have never experienced this in 25 years of extensive travel

Excellent location in a neighborhood near amenities and Turia park without being too busy of an area. Stores and cafés around the corner. Many excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Room was large with two balconets for air and clothes drying. Large bathroom with good shower. AC in main bedroom only but powerful enough to cool the whole apartment. Pull out bed was as comfortable as a regular bed. Couch bed functional for a child only. Good Wi-Fi and accommodating staff.
