If two rooms are booked, additional information will be required from guests, including the purpose of their travel, to assess their acceptance. Group bookings are subject to a supplement of EUR 2000 per flat, payable at the time of booking. This amount will be added to the selected rate. Please note that all guests need to provide a valid identification document and complete the traveler registration required by the Ministry of the Interior. For stays of less than 10 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This deposit must be paid by credit card and will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided the accommodations is in good condition. For stays longer than 11 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required, to be paid by credit card. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of check-out, once the accommodations is inspected, and any consumption of electricity and water during the stay is calculated. You will be charged EUR 3 daily for utilities such as power & water. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a pedestrian-only zone. A deposit may be required at the property.
