"I enjoyed everything and will return."

Everything was nice. Its located in the heart of everything and within walking distance of everything. I will return.

More staff needed at the check in desk. The receptionist was held up by 2 ladies and it held the line up. After 7 minutes somebody came to help with the line.

Bed, that's it

Double charged me along with Booking.com, charge from Booking.com and Marriott both posted to my Visa for the same one night stay, also slow service at Marriott, took 3 hrs to have our luggage brought to room. Please I want your help in resolving this

The locations and cleaniness

The staff was rude and not very knowledgeable. Every time Asked a question a manager was needed or they simply gave misinformation. Valet didn’t have a location for my car and I had to wait 45 mins just for them to locate. Had an incident with my spouse and told security not to release my vehicle to him and they did anyways just bc the last names match. This is how people get hurt or even killed when domestic situations aren’t taken serious. I’ll NEVER. Stay at this location ever again just bc of this incident.
