Marriott Springfield Downtown

•Bedding is terrible. I’m not a diva that needs 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton or anything, but what they’re using on the beds is utter crap. •We were in what, I’m assuming, is the worst room in the hotel – right across from the elevators with view of the building air conditioner units. The noise from every drunk and/or inconsiderate person standing in the hall waiting for an elevator at all hours sounded like they were in the room. If you get room 711, you are most definitely not lucky. •The sliding “barn door” on the bathroom, while aesthetically pleasing, has large gaps creating some pretty big privacy issues. Everything going on in the bathroom is pretty much shared with the room.

It was a very nice property however, hair was in my shower and bathroom walls . I brought this up to the main office once i checked in and they let me know it would be taken cared of . Once I returned from being out all day me and my daughter noticed it was not addressed. I would not recommend this hotel unless you were staying for 24 hours . Parking is 20 a day

Front desk staff were very polite and helpful in time for the check in and check out.

The room I was in did not have an iron, but it was enough to not enjoy the stay at the Marriot

The only small issue was our car didn’t fit in the garage so we had to park down the street in a public lot. I wasn’t sure how safe the area was. I arrived with my son who was very sick and the manager Shaka let us check in few minutes early. He helped us use the restroom, get our luggage, and gave us plenty of water. As another parent of 4 he totally understood and went above expectations to help us get settled. Truly appreciate it!

Very nice staff, easy parking, and walkable

My stay was great. Only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable.

This Marriott is excellent!!! I missed it terribly when it went “lights out” for several years! However, it came back stronger than ever with awesome upgrades! The staff is better than ever as well! I just checked in with two women who I could’ve talked to all day! They are Arianna and Sonia! Absolute Sweethearts! I love checking into great people! That’s them. Hotel is reborn and extremely happy to be back on business here! I’ve been coming to this hotel for over 20 years! Thanks for everything, Jeff Richards
