The staff was friendly

the pros...the hotel restuarant was superb. For dinner the food and drinks room service was spot on. The buffett breakfast was great as well. the cons...mainly the bathroom, parking woes, super noisy. the bathroom shower door wont stay closed, very annoying and messy. the shower head should have different speeds. took a while to figure out the seprate shower wand, figured that out by sheer luck. no exhaust fan for the bathroom, or it didnt work. parking for my all stock truck was not fun. the lot on the front of the hotel was full. the lot in the back my truck is too tall (height restriction of 6'4 the front desk doesnt tell you this in advance, then had to back out into a one way street which was not fun then had to do a very weird loop to get back to the front of the hotel to end up finally being told to park accross the street at a privately owned parking garage. the room next to us was so loud after 10am that mutiple people on the floor called the front desk to complain. kids running up and down the hall and doors slamming. the cherry on top was people from other rooms were yelling at loud people to shut up.

Fabulous hotel stay!

The under 5 minute walk to Massmutual Center was awesome. Also the proximity of Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks was great

Walking in the hotel smells great. Very clean and comfortable. Great view and location. Connected to a small mall with many food options

The room, lobby, eating and convention area were perfect. However, the parking person was very rude when my daughter and I left. I would recommend to have more coffee and a microwave in the room. Other than that place was beautiful.
