Marriott Springfield Downtown

Comfortable beds and clean hotel with a helpful staff.

Parking was inconvenient

I put the wrong date and I couldn’t cancel so I have no review.

Dinner was terrible, all food were absolutely disgusting .

Quiet, clean room in a great location.

No issues, but I wish they had information about what is in the area. Restaurants, activities, etc.

Everything was pretty good. Only 2 things could have been better, it is pretty loud. You can hear everything in the hall and toilets flushing in other units. The grossest issue was the blow dryer, it looked like the handle had dried blood on it. This must be something that does not get cleaned. Not sure how it ended up there but it looked gross and the sign hanging on the bathroom asking to use towels more than once also looked dirty/stained.

A good Marriott, with a club for members (really like that, although alcohol is not complimentary in US). Room was good and so was the beds. Parking in a garage with direct access elevators. Friendly service, but not really on top of things. Had ordered room with breakfast, although I obviously had free breakfast anyhow (due to membership status). I asked multiple staff about the breakfast and was told a different story every time regarding where/what/how (the restaurant or the club, food served, voucher needed etc).

The property was very nice and the rooms were very conduits and clean. Aside from the corkscrew parking garage, everything about this stay is quick and easy. No major issues using the elevators to get to our 10th floor room. The only major issue was that these are adjoining rooms with metal doors between. We could hear Everything from the raucous room next to us. I did have to call down to the front desk just after midnight. They offered to send security up to ask the people to be quiet. I do not know if they did. It was only quite for about 15 minutes or so after I called. The phone in the room did not work and the alarm clock was set to go off at 6am. So, I had to call down to the front desk with my own phone.
