Very nice hotel and very convenient to food and casino. The noise throughout the night kept me up and i know its nothing you can control but I was on 16th floor and it was still loud.

"Poor, uncomfortable, over priced, and mediocre in every way"

Hotel is problematic as soon as you ender the parking garage. Poor signage leads you to locked doors. Once you DO get inside you are delivered to a small mall of closed businesses, when you finally get to the RUDE desk staff, they give you an electronic key with NO instructions on how to use it to access your room floor from the elevator. Once trapped in the elevator, you go up and down until some youngster shows you how to use your room key to get to your floor. The room was cold and impersonal with no curtains, looked and felt like a jail cell. Even the outside of the building looks like a Jail, and FEELS like one with all the digital "security" required just to move around the building. The restaurant food was mediocre but overpriced. EVERYTHING about this hotel was poor, mediocre, and over priced! I will NEVER stay at a Marriott Hotel again. Save YOUR money and have a far better experience at ANY professional hotel nearby.

We love staying here but this time we had a couple difficulties. The toilet was plugged when we arrived at the room. Maintenance did come to plunge it but I think housekeeping should’ve caught the non flushing issue while they were cleaning. The pool is a big highlight for us and when we went down ready to swim it was closed for some kind of emergency. The water was opaque white. So that was disappointing. However the people we encounter at the hotel are so professional and gracious. Room had some stray hairs but otherwise clean. Marriott is still my favorite.
