Marriott St. Louis Airport

I stayed here as a participant in a conference. When the reservation was made, I specified that I wanted a walk-in shower. When I checked in I was assured that the room had a walk-in, but it had a tub instead. Since it had adequate grab bars, I did not try to get another room. However, the tub had a dark stain about halfway up the sides. It was not dirt but was not attractive and made me wonder what it was. The room, while spacious and clean, showed signs of wear (furniture, carpet). One of the meeting rooms had carpet with large stains and patches made with black tape. The food service was good, however. The service elevators were out of service, so the four main elevators were often pretty busy. (An employee said they had been out of service for five months.) I also thought that the bar prices were on the high side -- $12 for some rather ordinary draft beer?

Beds are nice

This location was very nice and clean.

The pool was dirty and the guest were very loud and inconsiderate of other guest. This is probably not on the hotel but the guest.

We had a very Early flight the next day is reason for our stay here, great for location to airport. We used their shuttle service and left our car at hotel as well and the service was better than the satellite airport parking. Also ate in restaurant, great smash burger!

Very convenient to the airport! Great dependable shuttle. The common carpets needed to be cleaned. The staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Great for an overnight stay when you need to be close to the St. Louis airport.

Front desk staff 10/10 greeted me upon arrival . The only issue is the room was very dusty had no microwave.

Someone kicked my door twice and police were called. Had to move rooms twice. I would like a refund
