"Run down with malfunctioning elevators"

The AC didn’t work and the elevator was malfunctioning and trying to slam you as you entered every time. The cleaning staff did not remove empty bottles, used tissue or trash from the bathroom. The place was generally run down and in poor condition.

"Disappointing."

Desk people nice. When checking out, I received a $50 credit.

In 4 days, there was no room cleaning. No towels. Had to get them from the front desk. Had to call for hot water. TV had to be fixed.

"I couldn’t use my reservation due to the lack of staff and state of the hotel. I’d like a refund."

I wasn’t able to check in. There was no staff working other than one person who was helping people who’s keys don’t work or who’s room still wasn’t clean (I got there at 2 am) very long line of people. Not one actually got into a room before I left 30 minutes to an he later to find a new hotel. Intoxicated guests were all over the lobby, behind the desk playing on the computer, etc. I didn’t feel safe staying and it definitely wasn’t going to be worth the cost of the room. I booked through booking.com and have been unable to get my money back on my prepaid room. Staff won’t work with me bc I used a 3rd party and they are not responding to booking.com’s request for refund.
