"Never staying at Wyndham Cleveland Airport again."

It looked polished? I guess?

Everything. Staff was rude/inattentive, no night maintenance for mishaps after hours, and the shuttle to the airport was dirty.

The staff was great. They were responsive to my needs.

The property was ill maintained and shabby. The lobby was nice. But the exterior was disheveled and in need of attention. It looked neglected and ignored.

Close to the airport.

Carpet wasn’t vacuumed, water was cold, AC didn’t work, sink was cracked and toilet seat was broken. Housekeeping entered our room on the second day and left one bath towel and one hand towel. Did not empty trash or make the bed. Our car was ticketed twice in the lot. Pool and hot tub were out of service.

The bathtub didn't drain, a piece was missing from it, the back door didn't work had to walk down an alleyway to get to a door that worked in the dark. With kids and a bad leg, furniture stained up, staff at check-in and check-out less than helpful, and the pool was broken(purposely chose a hotel with a pool for our kids) staff said it had been broken for months and wasn't getting fixed anytime soon. Overall very disappointed and so were my kids who I hyped up about a pool. I wont stay there again or booking

Confirmed my extra night at desk. Went to work all my things were taken from my room and tossed in a trash bag. My toothbrush tossed one of my shirts taken a bottle of sprite i had bought. After working a long day didnt expect any of that.
