The bed was comfortable

The customer service was terrible. Every time I ask a question or reported a problem staff seemed as though I was bothering them. There was a problem with check-in so I had to come back. Staff was very rude and preoccupied. At checkout, I had already reported the time I was going to leave, but I received a rude phone call with no greeting asking me was I checking out. The food was nasty. There were plumbing issues in my room that the maintenance man argued with me about. I will never stay here again.

The heating system wasn’t working properly and it was cold outside so that just didn’t mix ❄️

I was charged a 50$ security deposit hold and was never released I called they said it will be released and it never was . They are stealing peoples money and I want something done about this

Nice location, friendly staff

Pool was closed (main reason I chose), hot water didn’t get pass lukewarm, very low water pressure couldn’t take shower. Bedding had others hair, and the heat was broken. Bartender was not a bar tender and had no drink knowledge or how to make them. I was told they just switched ownership recently and were still in transition
