The location

The pool wasn't open and website doesn't say it's not open I had a cockroach on one of the queen size beds Literally came from under the pillow Only thing they said was we will let a manger aware terrible

The hotel was clean !

The young lady at the Front Desk made a mistake and over charged me twice for a deposit and had no answer for rectifying the situation and told me that her manager was off and would call me to rectified the situation which never happened !! And it's been two days and it's still not handled !! Unfortunately that is unacceptable !!
