We had a wonderful experience at the Palms Hotel in Miami Beach, and a big part of that was thanks to Mike. He provided outstanding service at the beach throughout our stay. Mike is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. He consistently made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His positive attitude, warm communication, and genuine appreciation for guests truly stood out. It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personal and welcoming approach. Mike went above and beyond to make our beach experience perfect, and his dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mike, for making our stay even more enjoyable. My experience at The Palms was very good. Check in was easy and fast. My corner room was updated, clean and very nice. The lobby is a little odd as it's a combination of two buildings. The pool and beach are beautiful. I only had breakfast at the hotel (no other meals) and it was ok; nothing special. I would definitely stay there again.
