⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Fred! I had an incredible stay at the Palm Spa Hotel, and a massive part of that was thanks to Fred. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He is extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely attentive. What truly sets Fred apart, though, are his phenomenal local insights. I asked him for dining suggestions, and he guided me to some of the absolute best spots in the area. His top recommendation for Haitian cuisine was a culinary masterpiece—authentic, vibrant, and perfectly flavorful. It ended up being the highlight of my trip! A estadia no The Palms foi excelente. Desde o frontdesk, passando pelo café da manhã e a equipe do bar da piscina/praia. Andrea, Gaby e Floriano são espetaculares que fazem todo o dia a dia ser ainda mais especial.

Os preços das comidas e bebidas são um pouco salgados, mas segue a base de valores de Miami.

I’m a local but my family always stays at the Palm and we love essencia restaurant. The food is amazing, reasonable price for the area and the service is outstanding. Our server today was Elianny. She was so accommodating to us. Did not hurry us for our order, was always smiling and in short, amazing!
