Richmond Marriott

All I can say is WOW!! An Amazing hotel and absolutely incredible experience! First and foremost, Kyla at the front desk gave us a warm and friendly welcome and made sure we would absolutely have a superb experience! A room or more appropriately I should say the suite was wonderful, clean, spacious, and elegant. We also dined at the restaurant fall/line downstairs which was another world class service from the service, to food, and drinks! Amazing! And yes, we are still talking about the burnt ends! Ladies at Starbucks were fantastic as well. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety and staff was warm, welcoming, and making sure everything was in order and dining experience was tasty! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Richmond Marriott!!!

It is a busy hotel, but the moment you enter the building from parking lot, you know that you are in Marriott - i love the scent they use… the staff are accommodating especially Kyla and Maine! They are friendly, very helpful, clarified my questions. Appreciate their service!

Kyla and Racquel were fantastic helping us get checked in to the Marriott. They were professional and kind, answering any questions we had. The lobby was nice and clean. Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at with great staff.

Racquel and Kyla were amazing at check in. Whole staff was very attentive and kind. Hotel was clean. Nicest Marriott property I’ve stayed at.

Stayed for one night and everything went super smoothly. Racquel and Kyla were very professional and helpful. The lobby and rooms seem like they've been refreshed recently.

Our stay at the Marriott was nothing short of amazing. I was promptly assisted by Kyla (who came from behind the desk to a greet me...awesome first impression)) I read about her and Maine's customer service on tripadvisor...comments were spot on!!!. She made my check in feel like a first class experience. Kyla went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, even going the extra mile to find us a phone charger for the night. She then topped the evening off with leaving a thoughtful gift bag and handwritten card in our room. Marriott you have a rare gem!!! Thank you Kyla and Maine.a
