"Great vacation in Richmond"

Great location, clean and quiet. Loved having a Starbucks in the lobby!

Parking is either very expensive or a pain to get. If you pay for valet parking know they will park your car on the top of the garage in full sun, save the money and self park! The bellman wasn’t very helpful and was rushing me to unload and move my car once he realized he wasn’t getting a tip as I didn’t need his services.

The staff here is outstanding. Anna and Norma in the M Club were so nice and attentive. All of the front desk staff was so accommodating and Jacob in the restaurant was delightful. The bar tender is also super nice. The restaurant, Fall Line, has delicious Shrimp & Grits and the Gooey Cake is AMAZING. My wife liked the tuna Tartare enough to get it twice. The corn bread is a little weak and I'd avoid the crab hush puppies. The rooms are nice and have a fridge. the beds and shoes are also comfortable . the only real place for improvement is the quality of food in the M Lounge. it tastes overly processed. I did love the coffee machine and access to water though
