"Exceptional"

The room was clean and spacious. Shower had a very good pressure. Had a slight issue with the door lock but front desk and security were able to resolve the issue quickly.

"Nice place, frustrating process to check in."

The room was nice and the aesthetic of the hotel was very nice.

The fact that I had to wait for 45 minutes for my reservation to be found even though I provided a confirmation number. I was ready to go to go to my room and had no choice but to wait. "The system had to be updated" If they are going to participate with Booking.com, the transfer of information should be seamless.

"Customer Service better than Disney"

My wife and 3 year old daughter drove 12 hours from Orlando for a wedding and were given a terrible room behind the elevator. Luckily, the wonderful staff (especially Isaiah) were able to accommodate us with a better room and amazing customer service.

Clean, good location, convenient parking garage. Didn't like barn style bathroom door that didn't shut tight and shower sliding door that wouldn't stay shut. Fold out couch was NOT comfortable but worked out.

"Amazing People"

Ms. Anna in M Club made my day! She welcomed me with her lovely smile and quickly became my favorite person at Richmond Marriott. Once you meet her, you’ll understand. The hotel has been a wonderful choice for my business trip. It’s directly across from the Convention Center, has all the amenities I enjoy and my room is very clean. "Best ever Beloved !"

From the moment we arrived from a long travel day we received excellent hospitality from Beloved! Her name says it all. She was very intuitive, helpful, engaging, efficient. courteous, and professional. She made our initial encounter a pleasurable experience, and she definitely made the stay at this hotel memorable , and provided the best customer experience I believe I ever had throughout our stay. Truly remarkable and refreshing to experience especially during these uncertain times. I definitely recommend this hotel. The entire staff was awesome.
